MESQUITE SOLAR | PROJECT OVERVIEW

Mesquite Solar, a solar energy project located outside of Abilene, Texas, will generate approximately 185 megawatts (MW) of cost-effective and reliable renewable energy for the ERCOT grid.

This project is positioned to deliver long-term economic benefits to Taylor and Jones Counties through construction investment, new taxes, landowner payments over the life of the project, and a boost for local businesses during construction.

If you have questions about this project, please contact Lorraine Bergman, Project Manager, at (828) 373-0072 or [email protected].
