Solheim Solar, a solar energy project located outside of Meridian, Texas, will generate approximately 100 megawatts (MW) of cost-effective and reliable energy for the ERCOT grid.
Solheim Solar will deliver long-term economic benefits to Bosque County throughout the life of the project, in new tax payments to the Meridian ISD and County, landowner payments over the life of the project, and by providing an economic boost for local businesses during construction.
We work with landowners and local experts to protect the land and preserve the topsoil where projects are sited, utilizing native, drought-tolerant plants as much as possible to maintain the look and feel of the natural landscape.
We strive to work with local businesses, vendors, and organizations throughout the life of the project. The estimated 175 jobs supported during construction will be sourced locally as possible.
