Renewable Energy Analyst/Associate Program
Students and Graduates
We are dedicated to developing and investing in the next generation of renewable energy leaders and have created a bespoke training program for recent graduates. We are looking for talented individuals who are innovative, have a passion for environmental sustainability and who are eager to put their knowledge and education to work with us.
As our industry continues to evolve, we must evolve with it. Our goal at Pine Gate Renewables is not just to build and operate solar projects, but to meet the greater nationwide demand for renewable energy through supporting job growth and innovation in this industry. Our leaders of tomorrow need training today. We want to support the entry of more talent in the solar industry so they can succeed and be a part of the solution. That’s why we designed a two-year comprehensive training program that takes a cohort of recent graduates and prepares them for a career in this fascinating and important industry.
Our program will expand your knowledge on the solar industry, give you the opportunity to work collaboratively across functional areas and continue your education through various learning and development opportunities. Let’s see where solar can take you!
Life at Pine Gate
While we do work hard here at Pine Gate Renewables, we also appreciate the opportunity to have fun with each other. That’s why throughout the next two years, you will be given countless opportunities to mingle amongst your peers. Our current cohort has enjoyed field trips to some of our largest solar sites, team building activities and developed professional relationships in and outside of the classroom.
