Asheville, NC (April 16, 2020) – Pine Gate Renewables (PGR) announced today that Makarand “Mak” Nagle has joined the team as Vice President of Development Strategy. Mak brings more than 20 years of experience in utilities, RTO and renewables to his new role at PGR.
Most recently, Mak was Senior Director of Origination and Commercial Strategy at sPower. He also served as Senior Director of Business Development and Transmission Strategy at Apex Clean Energy, Inc.

Mak received an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management; and undergraduate degrees in Electric Power Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and University of Mumbai.
